"Films and moviemaking isn't just my profession, it's at the core of who I am."

As early as the fourth grade, it was my grandmother’s Super 8mm movie camera which introduced me to the world of movie making. At that point the filmmaking bug definitely "bit". My first celluloid efforts followed, and my dream of working in Hollywood was eventually realized — becoming a motion picture editor for several major Hollywood studios and advertising agencies including MGM, Universal, Creative Domain, TKO Pictures, Toy Box Entertainment, and Seismic Productions.

As a lifelong James Bond aficionado I had the experience of a lifetime — editing the motion picture advertising campaigns for all the Pierce Bronson-starring films in the series: GOLDENEYE (winner Key Art and Telly Awards), TOMORROW NEVER DIES, THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH, and DIE ANOTHER DAY. Several years later I revisited my Bond past by editing two exclusive montages that were included on the 50 YEARS OF BOND Special Edition Blu-Ray collection as added value material — CARS & GREAT CHASES and MEET THE VILLAINS.

My award-winning trailer and advertising work is only half of my filmmaking story. Starting with episodic television, I took 246 shows from 11 seasons to create a retrospective special for the highly-acclaimed and multi award-winning NBC series “WILL & GRACE”. My feature-length editorial credits include the "re-boot" of The Howling franchise THE HOWLING: REBORN, the "retro-futuristic" musical THE GHASTLY LOVE OF JOHNNY X, the suspense thriller 2:13, and the award-winning MOTHER GHOST. I've also edited numerous short fiction films including MOST WANTED, STREET OF PAIN starring Steve Carell and Ian Gomez, and the multi-award-winning short TEA WITH GRANDMA starring Tippi Hedren. I've even dipped my creative toe into other genres: music videos, corporate promotional reels, Blu-ray DVD added value materials, and documentaries are also in my wheelhouse — including the Telly Award-winning orientation film ICE AGE FOSSILS OF THE LA BREA TAR PITS which was produced for the Los Angeles County Page Museum.

When I'm not working, I'm actively adding to my 16mm film collection (which currently numbers about 2,000 titles), as I help safeguard film history by preserving and restoring the educational and industrial films among my collection. I received my formal editing, photography and cinematography training from Ithaca College where I received a BFA in Film, Photography and Visual Arts.
